A-zone boutique style vacation rental in quiet family neighborhood. We are 8 houses from the beach on beach block. It's decorated in a comfy coastal cottage feel with all the amenities you need to kick back and reset on beach time. Entire home is NEWLY furnished! Three bedrooms with new Allswell and Linenspa mattresses, all outfitted with GAP HOME bedding and linens that are also provided.

Need a quiet spot to check emails or work beach remote? Plug in and use our "cloffice" it's an inviting alcove to get inspired or curl up with a good book.

Spacious kitchen with large dining table that seats 8 and there are three additional barstools at the island. Brand new accoutrements any chef would appreciate, there’s also a toaster oven & coffee bar set up to start the morning off right.

Large backyard with new outdoor enclosed shower. Brand new paver patio with table for 8, cantilever umbrella and BBQ. Lounge on Adirondack chairs or join in on family lawn games! Shady covered front patio is another great place to unwind and chill on the couches. It's our perfect spot to relax and enjoy all that Brigantine has to offer, we hope you enjoy our Posto Al Sole (place in the sun).

Location is perfect, it’s so close to the beach with anything you need just a few blocks away you can walk to Mission Cafe, Richman’s, Tiki Taco, Brigantine Bistro, Aunt B’s, Cordivari’s, CVS.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR USE: Regular & Decaf Coffee/Teas, condiments, basic starter supplies (TP, paper towel roll, hand soap, shampoo) and wooden hangers in closets.
